Let's say you manage multiple sites/ facilities in Fracttal. You want to make sure that whenever a work request is raised against an asset at a specific site, the correct people are notified of that request. To allow for this, we've added a new Action to the Dispatcher for New Work Requests.

This new Action when added to your dispatcher rule will ensure that only users linked to a specific site will receive a notification whenever a work request is raised against an asset within their site.

Under Actions in the Dispatcher you will see the new option:

Specifying this action will see only users linked to selected asset's location receive notifications of new work requests.
