Known issue with new Mobile App Update

We have received a number of complaints regarding the mobile app not opening. This is due a new improved version of the mobile app that was launched 4-6 November, 2019. Due to the improvements and major structural changes we made to the new mobile application, we could not retain the older version published on all of the app stores. Unbeknown to us, completely replacing the old version caused a "app version retention glitch" during the publishing process. This caused the mobile app not showing up in the app store as requiring an update for existing mobile app users that had the older version (prior 6 November 2019) of the mobile app installed on their devices. To solve this, users will have to uninstall the mobile app and re-install it from the app store. By doing this, it solves the issue with the app not updating and the issue with the older version of the app not opening.
