The Fracttal Community hub inside our service desk portal lets you join our community of followers and engage with like-minded people and other users of the Fracttal CMMS platform.
You can post 4 types of content within our community. These are Ideas, Questions, Problems and Discussions. Each of these serves a particular purpose.
When you have something to discuss with Fracttal, you can post a discussion within our community forum. It's a great way to debate and collaborate with other Fracttal users from your own organisation or some of our other clients.
You can ask specific questions about Fracttal Asset Cloud, our mobile app or any of our other products, within our community hub. You are also welcome to answer questions posted by other community members and in so doing share your knowledge about the Fracttal products or your specific industry. Answered questions will be marked as 'answered' in order to keep the Fracttal community hub organized.
You are welcome to describe the exact problem(s) you are faced with or facing while using any of our products within your industry and we will attempt to provide you with actionable insights. You can convert the 'problem' you are having into a support ticket and we will keep you updated on its status.
Ideas from customers often lead to new directions for our products, so please feel free to share any ideas you have or any features you think might benefit our products overall. Any new feature requests or ideas, we'll let other customers vote on the ideas and let there be real democracy within our community hub.
