Inhouse Personnel
A company has various types of human resources that allow it to function and achieve its goals. The employees, workers and collaborators are what make up what is known as the Inhouse Personnel in Fracttal. With Fracttal you can link these human resources to important aspects such as being responsible for work orders and to keep track of expenses that merit their working time.

1. Access Inhouse Personnel
1.1 To Access the Inhouse Personnel Module simply select "Inhouse Personnel" in the Fracttal sidebar
2. Navigate Inhouse Personnel
2.1 Location Filter: This filter allows the user to filter only the Personnel linked to a particular Location or Site
2.2. Custom Field Filter: This filter allows you to filter personnel associate with a custom field
2.3. Inhouse Personnel Columns: The columns of the Inhouse Personnel window in Fracttal is interactive. By clicking and dragging the columns you are able to move the columns around to display your personnel how you want to view it. Fracttal also allows you to apply filters on each column which is handy for example if you want to view Personnel associated with a specific Location or Group. All columns in the Inhouse Personnel window also has additional grouping and sorting options, click on the drop-down of a column to view these additional options
2.4 Item Select: Click the item select on one or multiple items to use in conjunction with the "Edit" [2.6] or "Remove" [2.7] functions
2.5. Add: This is where you click to add new Inhouse Personnel/ Human Resources
2.6. Edit: With an HR item selected from the list [2.4] , clicking the Edit button will allow you to edit the item
2.7. Remove: With an item or multiple items selected from the Inhouse Personnel list, clicking Remove allows you to delete these items from the list
*NOTE: Only items without any work order history linked to it can be deleted from Inhouse Personnel
2.8. More Options: Clicking on this button will open up additional options for Inhouse Personnel such as allowing you to print the personnel list, export the the list or import Inhouse Personnel to your database
