Work Orders Navigation

Access Work Orders

To access the Work Orders module in Fracttal, in the main menu sidebar open up Work Management then click on Work Orders:


1. Work Orders Module: Clicking on Work Orders in the main menu side bar will bring up your Work Orders Module . The Work Orders Module houses work orders of the facility or site your user is associated with or have access to. Admin users will be able to see all work orders within the data base

Work Orders Basic Navigation

Kanban Work Orders View                                                                                                                                         


1. Toggle Bar: This toggle bar allows the user to toggle between the List or Kanban work order view 

2. Advanced Filters:  This filter allows you to build detailed filters using the attributes related to the work oders

3. Location:  This filter allows you to drill down to work orders associated to a specific Asset, Task or Responsible Person

4. Date Filter: This filter allows the user to filter work orders between two specific Scheduled, Creation, Start or End dates

5. Open Work Orders Column: The open WO's column displays all open work orders, use the slider to scroll all open work orders in this column

6. Complete Work Orders Column: The complete WO's column displays all completed work orders, use the slider to scroll all completed work orders in this column

7. Closed Work Orders Column: The closed WO's column displays all closed work orders, use the slider to scroll all closed work orders in this column

8. Work Order Kanban Tile: Clicking on the Tile to opens the selected work order

9: Work Order Code/ Number

10. Responsible Person Picture: if you have a picture linked to the staff member responsible for the work order it will be displayed here [pictures are linked to staff member in the "Inhouse Personnel" module]

11. Responsible Person Name: This name of the responsible staff member for this work order will be displayed here

12. Progress Percentage: The progress percentage of the work order is displayed here, when work order feedback is captured the progress percentage updates automatically

13. Schedule Date: Displays the scheduled date and time of the work order

14. Edit Icon: This button toggles the work order edit window which allows the user to view and edit the work order

15. View Icon: This button toggles the work order view window which displays the details of the work order, this displays the same information as the edit button without the edit functionality

16. Print Icon: This button toggles the print options and print preview window where the user can print the work order

17. Delete Icon: Clicking this button will delete the work order 
Note: only work orders with no resources allocated to it can be deleted
18. Budget Icon: If there is a budget allocated to the work order the budget icon will appear, click on this icon to open the budget window

19. Page Select: The Work Order Column only displays the last 25 work orders to view more work orders toggle between the work order pages

20. Refresh Icon: This button will refresh the work orders in the selected column 

List Work Orders View


1. Work Order Columns: The columns in the work orders window are interactive. By clicking and dragging the columns you are able to move the columns around to display your work orders window how you want to view it. Fracttal also allows you to apply filters on each column which is handy for example if you want to view work orders associated with a Status or Responsible Person. All columns in the work orders window has additional grouping and sorting options, click on the drop-down of a column to view these additional options

2. View Icon: This button toggles the work order view window which displays the details of the work order

3. Page Select: The Work Order Column only displays the last 25 work orders to view more work orders toggle between the work order pages

4. Refresh Icon: This button will refresh the work orders in the selected column

5. Work Oder Count Display: This displays how many work orders are displayed in the current window/ page in relation to the total amount of work orders available for display

6. More Options: Clicking on this button will open up additional options for the work order window such as allowing you to export the work order details in excel format
