Work Queues Navigation

Access Work Queues

To access the Work Queues module in Fracttal, in the main menu sidebar open up Work Management then click on Work Queues:


1. Work Orders Module: Clicking on Work Queues in the main menu side bar will bring up your Work Queues Module . The Work Queues Module houses work queues of the facility or site your user is associated with or have access to. Admin users will be able to see all work queues within the data base

Work Queues Basic Navigation



1. Advanced Filter: This filter allows you to build detailed filters using the attributes related to the work queue task or asset

2. Location Filter: This filter allows you to drill down to the work queues associated to a specific location, facility or site

3. Time Filter: this filter allows you to display only work queues due during a specified period

4. Add Unplanned Task: This is where you click to add new work queues that have not been triggered by a planned event or task. Mostly used for emergency/ breakdown work 

5. New Work Order: You can create new active Work Orders by selecting one or multiple items from the work queue list and then clicking New WO button 

6. More Options: Clicking on this button will open up additional options for work queues such as allowing you to export the work queues list or massively reschedule work queues 

7. Work Queues Columns: The columns in the work queues window in Fracttal is interactive. By clicking and dragging the columns you are able to move the columns around to display your work queues how you want to view it.

8. Tick Box: The check/ tick boxes in work queues allows you to select one or work queues for editing. By clicking the top most check box in the header will select all the work queues in the list you are viewing
