Print Picking Sheet

Important: You must be a registered inventory application tester to access this application. Please review article: Update Beta Application Version for more details.

1. From the main parts picking window open up either the High Priority or Open Requests list:

2. From the list, you can select one or multiple requests that you want to print. Go ahead and select one and hit the Print icon at the top of the screen:

3. If you don't have a PDF Viewer installed on your device a pop-up will appear at the bottom of the screen asking you to first download a PDF viewer before you can generate and print the picking sheet. If you have a PDF Viewer/ Reader installed on your device, skip Steps 4 and 5

4. Go to your Google Play Store and search for PDF Viewer in the search bar at the top:

5. This will bring up a list of possible PDF Viewers that you can download and install on your device. Our preferred PDF Viewer is Adobe Acrobat Reader as this provides for some additional functionality when it comes to sharing and printing the picking sheets. Go ahead and download and install this PDF Viewer/ Reader.

Once the PDF Viewer has installed, navigate back to the Inventory App and Repeat Steps 1 & 2

6. With the PDF viewer now installed, once you have selected a request and hit print some options might pop-up asking you to specify your preferred PDF Viewer. Select the PDF Viewer you just installed/ the one you already had installed on your device and select the ALWAYS button. By selecting ALWAYS you will not have to specify the PDF Viewer again when you want to print picking sheets in the future.

7. In some cases, especially when you are doing this for the first time with the app on your device, you will be asked to give the PDF Viewer access to the content. If this does come up, select ALLOW to continue:

8. This will open up the Picking Sheet(s) selected for printing. Depending on the PDF Viewer you have installed on your device, you can now print, share, email or even save the sheet to a cloud drive if you like:

You're done!

Optional

With the Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can also sign or comment on the picking sheet before sending it off, sharing it or storing it in the cloud. To do this, with the document open, hit the pencil/ edit icon bottom right corner of your screen:

Select what you want to do from the provided options:

Apply your signature/ comment, hit DONE to save which will add your signature/ comment to the document. Adobe Acrobat Reader also allows to to store your signature on the device so that in the future you can simply select your signature and add it to the document.
